SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

SHIPPING:

All of our items are made by another small shop. We are all about supporting small businesses, as we are one ourselves. We take pride in the products that we provide, so please understand that production from our vendor takes time. Outside of busy season, normal TAT is about 3 to 5 business days. During peak times, TAT can change to 4 to 7 business days. We promise that any wait is worth it!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, and we will always use the cheapest shipping method possible. Route insurance will automatically be added to all orders to help in the event of incorrect delivery. Rush shipping options are available, but please note that those will be a little bit more expensive when it comes to the shipping rate due to the order having to move through transit quicker.

 

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it for any reason. 

 

RETURNS:

Products are eligible for return as long as they meet these criteria:

  • -Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order/product(s)
  • -Any clothing being returned must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • -Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • -Any products that have been customized with a personal name will not be eligible for return.
All returns will be processed back as store credit, which will be available in your account within 24-48 hours after we receive your physical return at our warehouse.
To make a return:
You MUST first submit your return request via e-mail at:

Please include your order number & what you are returning. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be approved. Once you receive approval, please send us the shipping carrier + tracking number of the label that you have created to ship your product(s) back to us. 
Please remember that we do not offer refunds- store credit only.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • In the event of a damaged item(s) or package, please e-mail a photo of damage to us at contact@southernroute817.com & include your order number.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response from our team letting you know what the next steps will be.
